Delivery and Returns, refund and cancellation Procedure

Delivery on most products is 2-3 days but please be aware that a number of our bins are built / moulded to client specification and can take 3-4 weeks depending on specification.

Delivery is by courier. If products arrive and you are unable to check for damage please mark / sign the delivery note UNCHECKED, damages / missing items should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot claim on insurance if you do not do this and we cannot replace broken bins Free of Charge if you have signed the delivery note as acceptable.

Please refuse AND call us if damaged items are delivered as our couriers will bring them back to us, if goods are signed as received and not unchecked insurance cannot be claimed, if a delivery driver says not to worry just call us and a product is damaged make sure this is written on the delivery note you sign.

Cancellation of an order will be credited as soon as we have been informed, if the goods have already left the warehouse we will credit all monies except the delivery charge if it applies.

On receipt of the goods the purchaser must inspect the goods and on arrival advise of any missing or broken items . Any issues with the goods must be advised to soho consulting ltd within 7 days of delivery of the goods. Any damaged goods must be informed on arrival.

Collecting and replacing

PLEASE NOTE - If the items ordered and delivered are a different specification to the ones ordered we will collect and replace the goods. If the goods are broken we will replace the goods. We will require a picture of the damaged goods and the delivery must have been signed Damaged goods OR Refused at point of delivery.

Returns

Returns due to customer error will have a restocking charge of 25% and must be returned to Soho Consulting in the original boxes , undamaged and by the customer . We do not collect if the error or return is no fault of Soho Commercial/Wheelie Binwarehouse

Goods being returned must have the customer details and invoice number attached to the packaging.

Once the goods have been returned they will be inspected and credited as long as all parts are returned undamaged and in original packaging. The monies will be returned the same way as they were paid.
